PMI chairman stands down

Mike Sullivan is to stand down as chairman of the Pensions Management Institute (PMI) Trustee Group Committee and as chairman of the PMI Trustee Group Seminars.

Sullivan announced his resignation at a PMI seminar, How can trustees pass their SWOT test on 16 June.

He said: "I have enjoyed my five years as chairman of the PMI Trustee Group. During that time we have had some excellent presentations at our half yearly seminars and I would like to thank the PMI Trustee Group members for the huge enthusiasm they have shown in their role as trustees and their thirst for knowledge and understanding. I am sure that the Group will continue to flourish as the role of trustees shows no sign of becoming any easier in the foreseeable future."
