Barnett Waddingham has agreed a further five year contract with GBST to power the administration of its SIPPs. As its core technology partner, GBST has provided SIPP administration support through its award-winning Composer platform to Barnett Waddingham since 2013. GBST head of EMEA David Simpson said: “GBST’s technology has powered the administration of Barnett Waddingham’s SIPPs since 2013 and we are delighted to continue working with them as they expand further into the retail platform market.”

InvestCloud Inc., a global FinTech firm, has released two new lines of financial apps to run on its digital platform. InvestCloud Gray digitizes client interactions, providing a modern and flexible platform that is affordable for any wealth manager. InvestCloud Neon enables wealth managers and financial institutions to automate trading, accounting and middle-office workflows, creating a new era in portfolio management that is secure, accurate and completely frictionless.

The State Street Global Exchange Private Equity Index (GXPEI) ended the second quarter of 2017 with continued strong performance of 3.96 per cent, in line with the 3.95 per cent return posted in the first quarter. The GXPEI is based on directly-sourced limited partnership data and represents more than $2.5 trillion in private equity investments, with more than 2,800 unique private equity partnerships, as of June 30 2017.
