Healy joins BESTrustees

Anne Healy has joined independent trustee firm BESTrustees as head of business development, Pensions Age understands.

Healy was previously an independent consultant, after retiring from the asset management industry in late 2013 following a 26-year career.

She was most recently senior managing director, UK & Ireland for MFS International, responsible for developing their institutional business and profile within the UK and Irish pensions markets.

London-headquartered BESTrustees places an emphasis on ongoing schemes rather than wind-ups, and has expertise across all aspects of independent trusteeship including risk management and monitoring, investment strategy, and manager performance and fee negotiation.

Healy’s previous roles include eight years as director UK institutional marketing at Schroders, and eight years at Lloyds Investment Managers.

She is a committee member to the National Association of Pension Funds West London Group and prior to this spent 12 years on the committee of the NAPF City & Eastern Group in the role of treasurer and secretary.
