Aon has announced the appointment of Paul Heeley to its covenant advice team as a principle consultant in its retirement practice.

Heeley joins Aon with 20 year of experience as a chartered accountant. He has spent the last 17 years at Grant Thornton, most recently as an associate director basing in Manchester, where he has worked on covenant and affordability assessments, along with analysing the impact of corporate transactions on covenant.

Vanguard has appointed Marco Corsi as head of Vanguard’s Global ETF Research Centre.

Corsi joins the newly established team dedicated to the study of ETF’s and ETF investors from BlackRock, where he was most recently a director at iShares, responsible for the EMEA product research and innovation team. Prior to that, he held roles at Decura, Barclays and Marrill Lynch.

The Pensions Administration Standard Association (PASA) has appointed Kim Gubler as chair of its board, effective 1 January 2019.

Gubler has been on PASA's board since its inception and was appointed deputy chair last year. She takes over her new role as chair from Margaret Snowdon. Gubler has more than 30 years of industry experience and previously held the roles of PASA's board
