Our client has a number of offices UK wide, and we are seeking a regulated EB Consultant to join the team in London, and manage a portfolio of insured DC clients with associated employee benefits and protection. You will build sustainable relationships with your clients to ensure client retention and also be a commercial thinker able to develop relationships with prospect clients. You will meet your clients regularly to discuss ongoing pension arrangements and ensure that the insured schemes (GPP/AE) are managed compliantly. Key skills will be to deliver solutions on complex matters and in line with their service level agreements. Part of this role will be to monitor budgets and ensure profitability, review clients asset allocation, build relationships with the providers, oversee and supervise client implementation, lead on presentation and undertake full client reviews. You will also draft and sign off technical reports and client correspondence. This is a targeted role, and we are seeking someone who is comfortable working in this environment and can take ownership of revenue generation. This positions offers support from the Senior Manager who will provide career guidance and help on complex matters, and there is a team of Associate Consultants who will be the first point of contact for clients and manage the day to day administration, data collection, renewals and rebrokes, enabling the Consultant to manage the client relationship and provide a complete 360 service to medium sized corporate UK clients. To be considered you will demonstrate experience in a Pension Consulting or EB Consulting position including insured pension arrangements, and have achieved RDR level qualifications and ideally CF30.
