Challenging and varied opportunity to join this in house department to predominately work on the UK DC pension scheme whilst providing technical support as required on the two UK DB pension schemes. You will prepare papers and agenda packs for Trustee meetings and take the minutes, monitor legislative changes and their impact on the scheme, ensure a good governance framework is in place, develop policies to support the Trust Deed and Rules and liaise with the scheme’s advisers. You will also act as secretary for two sub committees.
Broad experience working on UK occupational pension schemes is essential along with experience of member communications, pensions’ secretariat and governance. You will have significant knowledge of UK occupational scheme legislation, best practice and ideally have APMI status.
