High £50's + completion bonus
What will you be doing this time next year? If you take on this eleven-month minimum contract, you will just be finishing this role. Hopefully spoiling yourself to a break before the next contract, but how nice to have a long-term contract, to see you through 2018 and beyond…

As the interim Pensions Manager (the official job title is Benefits Manager, but your core focus is pensions provision) you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and administration of the Company’s various pension, benefit, incentive and performance arrangements. You will ensure that all routine matters are operated in an efficient and compliant manner at all times, act as a key relationship contact with all third party benefit providers and internal stakeholders, and as a point of contact for current and former employees with related queries. As support to the Head of Employee Benefits you will effectively manage all areas of responsibility including dotted line responsibility for team members.

This role operates across the whole of the business and ensures that the company benefit arrangements are operated and managed on a consistent and efficient basis across all of the business units and the central functions.

It would be super if alongside pensions you have also dealt with benefits, but if you are a pension's specialist willing to add a few more strings to your bow, our client is happy to consider you. They appreciate that good contractors are in high demand and their location may also be restrictive. With a completion bonus, they hope their salary offering will not be, and subject to applicant flow, if the suitable person cannot be in the office five days a week, there may also be some work from home flexibility.
