Are you a Pensions Specialist who would like to become a Pensions and Benefits Specialist for an In-house Pension Department, perhaps work 4 days only, or if you prefer, 5 and potentially one from home? Yes! Then read on, as our client is seeking someone just like you…

Your main function will be to administer the company's closed DB/open DC Pension schemes, and Health & Welfare plans efficiently. Additionally, the role will support the delivery and development of other benefits within the UK and Ireland, manage annual enrolments, and maintain relationships with established benefit vendors. The role will offer a great development opportunity to progress your knowledge within Pensions and Benefits.

Your responsibilities will include completing the annual enrolments into benefits programs, and insured arrangements for employees, whilst analysing benefits-related data, to gain insight to support future benefits decisions, as well as confirmation of accuracy of current data. You will strive to find opportunities to improve benefits processes continually and optimise value from vendor contracts through developing good relationships and partnerships with vendors and external service providers.

You will enjoy member contact and ensure you are developing meaningful, accurate communications of Benefits to employees in various mediums that educate and engage employees. You will have previous experience working in pension administration (DB and/or DC) and/or employee benefits. Experience in both would be ideal, but experience in one will be considered.

You will be joining an unusual company with refreshing company values, not to mention valuing their employees. We think not only will you continue to be passionate about pensions, but you will also be passionate about working for such a super company and enjoy having the opportunity to really make a difference in this role, reviewing and hopefully being able to offer further new benefits for them further down the line.
