Our client, a niche in the pension's marketplace, providing be-spoke solutions to in-house pensions departments and third-party administrators. In this position you will be seconded a large in-house company in a varied position where you will co-ordinate all projects being undertaken at any one time. This will includes a large number of Trustee and Committee meetings, ensuring agenda packs and minutes are distributed in a timely manner. You will also be involved with streamlining processes within the administration function using strong analytical skills and demonstrating expert skills in spreadsheet formulas. Other duties will include following up on action points and having continued liaison with other service providers, internal stakeholders and Trustee advisers to support operational aspects. The career growth for this position is really unusual because when this assignment finishes you will be absorbed into a Consulting role where you will have the luxury of home working, and managing client projects including quality & audit, provider selection, data cleansing and implementation work. We are seeking someone who has knowledge of trust based Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution pension arrangements, strong project management and organization skills with superior attention to detail and excellent follow-through, 1-2 years of UK pensions experience and working knowledge of Trustee board support from a pension administration or IT background.
