Situated in their modern Head Office, this award-winning organisation is looking for an experienced Pensions Administrator with good working knowledge of both Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution schemes. This role provides the opportunity to move away from daily benefit calculation work, reporting to the Pensions Manager. The role involves providing operational day to day support to the Manager, pension scheme member communication programmes and working closely with HR and payroll, along with taking minutes at Trustee meetings. The successful candidate will have the ability to establish good working relationships, be able to multi-task and prioritise to ensure that deadlines and timescales are achieved. Strong written and oral communication skills are also required and study for the PMI qualification will be encouraged.
