This is a varied role which will encompass you managing the day to day running of the pensions administration team, including supervision, recruitment and training. You will perform complex administration tasks, ensure effective communication with all members, attend trustee meetings to capture requirements and manage relationships with Trustees. In addition, you will work with the project team on delivery of projects and you will be seen as the focal point for day to day queries.

This is an exciting opportunity to really grow and develop within the role and you should have a proven track record of management of Trust Based Pension Schemes. You are expected to be an outstanding communicator with effective leadership skills and the ability to delegate work.
