Abenefit2u's client is the Private Equity Firm who are handling the purchase of one small part of a very large organisation. This purchase will involve the TUPE of in excess of 10,000 employees, with a mix of Defined Benefit and Local Government schemes. Our client have been working very closely with their pensions advisor, and for anyone who wishes to apply, Abenefit2u are able to issue a special sheet discussing the Project for Pension Implementation, including Options and decision points. The company are due to sign and complete the purchase in late May 2018. Ideally they would like you to start ASAP and help them with the migration of pensions from the old company to the newly purchased and set up one. The old company is very large and have their own In house Actuary, and other pensions professionals, so you will have people to go to for guidance during the Acquisition period, but it will be down to you to then review the schemes and advise the new company on everything they need to do with each of the schemes for the new implementation.

If the above overview fills you with relish, and rubbing your hands for your next exciting new challenge, please get in touch ASAP. I will send you a background paper on the schemes and if it makes sense and looks like a walk in the park to you, we can present your resume ASAP. The client is happy to interview suitable candidates quickly on a one to one basis, and make engagement decisions quickly if they are comfortable you are suitable.
