If you don’t have significant sales experience, don’t worry; that will form part of the training! What is important is possessing a very strong background and knowledge of Defined Benefit pensions.

Working for this market leading pension's consultancy you will utilise your communication skills in to networking effectively, developing a database of leads and taking the initiative to promote this service to new and existing clients. Good creative skills using PowerPoint for example would also benefit this role.

With various data solutions available such as de-risking, audit and data cleanse, this will be a varied role; where you will also create proposal and tender requests, working closely with the Head of Sales for this business line. You will also keep marketing materials current including the website.

You will be able to demonstrate a very good knowledge and experience of working with Defined Benefit pension arrangements and be able to travel across the UK to meet other colleagues, as well as clients and prospects.
