In a management role that will see you have the opportunity to make a real difference to the very large in-house pensions operation, you will be responsible for the technical accuracy of the administration platform, seeking input from other support and legal teams where appropriate. Identifying and managing resourcing needs, as well as managing the casework for the team, you will also support the discretionary committees of the Trustee and / or the company.

You will also ensure, working in conjunction with the Legal, Risk & Compliance departments, that the overall business is kept informed of all relevant changes in regulations and that such changes are implemented into operational policy and procedures.

You will be able to demonstrate proven pensions technical expertise ideally with a focus on DB Pension Schemes. Furthermore, you will also have an in-depth knowledge of Scheme rules and practices, HMRC rules and regulations, as well as other pension related employer legislation
