A leading Master Trust is looking for a Head of Engagement to lead on member engagement, communications and client service. Joining the existing leadership team, the role will carry responsibility for raising engagement levels, growing the client base and the full suite of on and off line communications output. Further responsibilities will lie in strategy, governance, planning and supporting the tender and pitch process. The successful candidate will have excellent experience of pensions communications and the member experience which could have been acquired in the master trust environment, consulting or with a provider. A track record of responsibility for governance and strategic input in this space will be required as well the commercial acumen to help with the growth of the trust's portfolio.
