- Design, write, maintain, document, test, release and support ITM’s tools and systems both internally and to clients.
- Support and maintain production systems, upgrade production systems, implement new systems and support migration projects
Key responsibility areas (KRAs):
- ISO 9001 and 27001.
- Client Satisfaction.

- Protect ITM Intellectual Capital.
- Admin.

• Head of Operations if Tech Lead.
• Technical Lead if Developer.
- Client / System users.
- Business Analysis team.
- Developers.
- Test manager.
