Provide support in the management of all aspects of this in house UK pension and savings arrangements, with assets of £2bn. This includes the administration services to 13,000 pension plan members; provision of secretarial services to the pension scheme Trustee and support to UK HR teams on all UK pension related matters. You will proactively manage scheme governance and communications, implement strategy for developing and managing all aspects of DC pension provisions and act as a pre-eminent technical expert for the UK pensions team. In addition, you will deputise for the Head of Retirement and Savings as required. This is a role that will suit an individual who is working either as an In-House Assistant Manager or as a Consultant and who can demonstrate experience in working with Trustees at Board level, acting as Secretary to the trustees, monitoring investment performance and assisting in implementing a clear pensions’ strategy. APMI is desirable, but not essential.
