Fidelity International is looking for a Deputy Head of Pensions Product. The role will reporting to the Head of Pensions Product, and will be responsible for the maintenance and development of Fidelity’s pension products. The role involves working with the business and operational areas to understand customer, client and functional requirements and issues, combining these with competitor and market insight to define and deliver market leading products that will drive success for our clients and our firm. A key part of the role is supporting the Head of Pensions Policy in defining and articulating Fidelity’s policy position on pension matters and understanding how this impacts our pension products.

The role will be responsible for people management of a team of product managers ensuring that development plans are clearly defined and giving the support necessary for people to achieve their development goals. The role will involve planning workload and ensuring we balance resources across product areas to maximise our output and deliver most value.
