The role will require you to broadly assess the market to develop relationships with decision makers for full service trust based clients as well as developing the SME market in auto-enrolment for the firms Mastertrust. The funds under assets are seeing significant growth and you will have the luxury of a large client base to tap into and cross sell. We are seeking someone who is a great relationship manager, you will need to build a pipeline of clients and an internal network with your colleagues UK wide. The back office administration processes are solid, the technology within pension administration is advanced and therefore the products you will be representing are seamless. Your skills will be in negotiating contracts and demonstrating to clients that transferring their pension business will be cost effective, more efficient and a benefit to members with key focus on saving for retirement. The marketing teams have delivered some thought provoking tools to support the business development team, and we are seeking an experienced individual who is passionate and enthused about business growth within the corporate pensions sector. You will be responsible for the entire sales process, to include building your business plan, engaging with new and existing clients, and demonstrate experience of negotiating commercial terms. You will work with the implementation teams to keep clients updated on the on boarding transition stages.
