Working in a multi-disciplined team, you will be a pension professional who is looking for career advancement. This is a really interesting position to be the first point of contact for a portfolio of DC Pension Schemes, where you will provide support to the Senior Consultants in their everyday client management. The work has a bias towards GPP and Auto-enrolment and the role will see you acting as the first point of contact for all clients and providers. You will co-ordinate services, ensure benefits and letters are issued timely, arrange and attend client meetings with the Senior Client Managers and in the longer term take over some smaller clients. This position will also see you involved with building relationships with the providers and having involvement in managing the data collection from Payroll and HR for annual renewals and checking and distributing member benefits statements. The position does require someone who is currently working in corporate DC pensions and understands current legislation and products, you will draft member communications in connection with investment information, choice and performance as well as being involved with member roadshows. We are seeking an ambitious person, who has a strong understanding in Governance monitoring and can look at customer agreements and monitor fees and budgets. Full support will be given to sitting professional qualifications. You will work alongside pension professionals and develop your skills through on the job training and exposure to the work you undertake. Great office location and very good benefits.
