Speaker Profile: Sian Long

Sian is an Equity Investment Specialist for AXA IM in London, focused on thematic, impact and sustainable strategies. She has a particular focus on our clean economy, biodiversity and sustainability strategies. Sian plays a pivotal role in developing these investment solutions for the institutional and wholesale markets with the aim of supporting investors’ long-term financial and sustainability goals. Prior to joining AXA IM in 2021, Sian worked at Schroders where she was an Investment Director covering global equity thematic and sustainable strategies, developing these solutions and working with clients on incorporating sustainability into their portfolios. Previously Sian worked at Aon where she was a Product Specialist covering multi-asset strategies and working with institutional clients across the UK and Europe.
