Throughout her career, Lorna has developed a reputation for balancing commercial insight with a people-first approach, successfully leading change initiatives and driving business transformation, most recently she led the redesign of Aegon Lifepath and Universal Balanced Collection to include exposure to private markets and protected equities, benefitting over 1 million members and transitioning over £26bn of assets in the process.
