Speaker Profile: Maddie Cain

Madalena is Head of DC Governance and one of Aon’s leading CDC experts, with 20+ years advising trustee boards, corporate boards and government on pension strategy, governance and design. She develops client solutions for regulatory change, including VfM, guided retirement (including retirement CDC) and deferred-pot solutions, and has helped build Aon’s DC risk management framework. She leads responses to DC consultations, manages relationships with DWP, TPR and FCA, serves on key industry bodies, and regularly speaks on DC and CDC.
