Robert has over 17 years’ experience as a pensions lawyer. His clients include employers and trustees of schemes with assets from a few million to over £1 billion, many with complex benefit structures. Robert has particular expertise in relation to benefit audits and buy-in/out transactions, both as legal adviser and as a trustee. This includes drafting and reviewing benefit specifications and providing strategic advice to manage legal risk and benefit anomalies.
