Appointments update 17 June 2019

Willis Towers Watson (WTW) has named Luba Nikulina as its new head of research and Chris Redmond as head of manager research.

Nikulina leaves her position of head of manager research to take on her new role, in which she will oversee WTW’s internal investment research teams, manager research, operational due diligence na d asset research. Redmond takes over from Nikulina from 1 July and will be responsible for conducting investment research on asset managers, coming up with recommendations and creating new investment solutions.

Aegon has announced the appointment of Alison Morris as its chief internal auditor.

Morris joins from Lloyds Banking Group, where her recent roles included leading the internal audit team and head of capital and risk appetite oversight. Prior to working at Lloyds, she was employed at Black Horse Financial Services and Bacon and Woodrow. Morris will be responsible for leading an internal audit framework across Aegon UK.

Kingswood Holdings has appointed Rob Suss as a non-executive director on its board.

Suss is currently co-chief executive officer of UK Agriculture Finance and co-founder of Global Tower Solutions. He will advise Kingswood on their global wealth management strategy. Suss was previously managing director of Goldman Sachs, while his most recent role was as head of private wealth management in London.
