Join the Trustee Governance team in one of the UKs largest established pension funds. You will be responsible for the provision of committee administration and support services to the Trustee and subsidiary Boards and committees, ensuring compliance with statutory legal and internal constitutional requirements. As well as the management of Trustee Director appointments, induction and ongoing training programmes. This is a role that will suit an individual who is working either in a similar In-House role or as a Consultant and who can demonstrate experience in working with Trustees at Board level, acting as Secretary to the trustees, advising best practise on governance and manage and develop direct reports. APMI is desirable, but not essential.
