Within this role you will be responsible for the administration of the Scheme including the management of a team of 5, the development of scheme and investment strategy, be scheme secretariat and communications. This is a role that will suit an individual who is working either as an In-House Manager or as a Consultant and who can demonstrate experience in working with Trustees at Board level, acting as Secretary to the trustees, monitoring investment performance and implementing scheme design changes when necessary. APMI is desirable, but not essential.
