Lisa O'Connor is European Head of Consultant Relations in AXA Investment Managers' Global Consultant Relations team.
She focuses on developing and enhancing AXA IM’s consultant relationships throughout the UK and Europe. Previously O'Connor worked at Russell Investments where she was Associate Director, UK Institutional Sales since 2007. She has over 12 years experience within the asset management industry including extensive experience in consultant relations and institutional sales. O#Connor holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Queensland in Psychology and Post Graduate qualifications in Business Communications.

Avo Ora is Senior Investment Manager in the Emerging Markets Equity team at Pictet Asset Management, responsible for the management of Asia ex-Japan regional portfolios. Avo was previously at Putnam Investments, Boston, USA where he was a Senior Vice President with responsibility for Asia Pacific ex Japan strategies. He began his investment career in 1998 as an analyst.

Orlando's appointment is seen as a move designed to extend Guardian's product capabilities, given his background as a senior investment professional with pan-European investment platforms of bulge bracket banks and fund managers, from which he brings over 14 years experience. Orlando joins from a £3bn+ English private equity group where he was a Senior Portfolio Manager responsible for European Funds. He was primarily involved in the asset selection, closing and managing of an investment pipeline located in Continental Europe.

Nabil Owadally is a Derivatives Fund Manager at F&C, reportsing to Alex Soulsby, Head of Derivative Fund Management.
Nabil joined F&C from Towers Watson where he worked as a consultant focused on providing derivative based investment strategy solutions to UK pension schemes. Prior to Towers Watson, he was an analyst at Aon Hewitt. Nabil graduated with degrees in Actuarial Science from London School of Economics and an MSc in Actuarial Science from Imperial Business School.
