Andrew Gaches, Longevity Consultant, Club Vita
Andrew Gaches is a partner at Hymans Robertson, appointed from its sister company Club Vita, the only company dedicated to providing longevity services to occupational pension schemes, launched by Hymans Robertson in 2008. Club Vita was created to give pension schemes and sponsoring companies robust insight into and certainty over longevity risks, enabling better governance and risk management of pension schemes. There are currently more than 70 members from both the public and private sectors, including BP, Daily Mail and West Yorkshire Pension Fund. Andrew joined Club Vita in 2008.

StJohn Gardner is co-chief investment officer at Arbuthnot Latham & Co. He joined Arbuthnot Latham in 2005 from Merrill Lynch, where he was director & head of the UK managed fund service. Gardner was one of the architects of Arbuthnot Latham’s independent investment management process and has headed the new proposition since 2007. Peter Godding, Associate, BESTrustees
Peter Godding joined BESTrustees as an Associate on 1 April 2011, bringing the number of BESTrustees Directors and Associates who work with pension fund clients to 24.
Before joining BESTrustees, Peter was a Senior Partner at Mercer, a position he retired from at the end of 2010. His responsibilities there covered the operational aspects of Mercer’s Retirement, Risk and Finance business, with particular focus on risk control and mitigation. Peter also led a client portfolio of FTSE 100 organisations. Over a consulting career spanning 35 years, Peter has consulted with both corporate and trustee clients on all aspects of pension scheme design, financing and administration.

Gemma Godfrey works on Brooks Macdonald Asset Management 's (BMAM) investment committee (IC) and works as an investment director and as the head of investment strategy.

Guérin is a graduate of the Ecole des Mines (Engineering School) in Saint-Etienne, France. She began her career at Societe Generale in 1991 and held various positions within the investment bank and the Custody Services Department, where she managed transversal studies and project coordination. She participated in the analysis of all IT and operational aspects of the SGSS acquisition of UniCredit’s securities services in 2005. She was then appointed programme manager for the migration of Pioneer Asset Management’s Luxembourg funds. Since 2008, Guérin was Global Relationship Manager of Pioneer Asset Management.
