T-Charter loses its chairman

Rick Di Mascio has announced that he will not stand for re-election as chairman of the T-Charter, following service in the position since 2005.

Di Mascio, CEO and founder of manager evaluation firm Inalytics, was a key figure in promoting the T-Charter, the code for best practice for transition managers, throughout his time as chairman.

"I have been chairman since the T-Charter began and am proud of the strides we have made to improve levels of disclosure, transparency and accountability," he said. "However, after five years in the role, I feel that the time is right for someone else to take on the position and continue the good work."

Di Mascio said Inalytics will continue to play an active role within the transition management industry, and that there are still fundamental issues that require examination. "I look forward to working with all concerned to ensure that these are addressed."
