PASA call for candidates

The Pensions Administration Standards Association (PASA) is calling for candidates to put themselves forward for election for the PASA Board.

The independent body for increasing standards in pension administration comprises of 12 industry professionals and PASA members of which four directors have a three year rotation, four have two years and four have a one year initial term which finishes on 31 July 2012. The maximum any board member can serve is nine years and existing members can stand for re-election.

PASA chair Margaret Snowdon OBE said: “We welcome nominations from any individual or corporate PASA member, whether from an in-house scheme, third party administrator or industry specialist, who has the passion and drive to help us to continue to achieve our goals.”

The election will take place in July, with the closing date for nominations on the 15th June and the results being announced on 1st August. Anyone wishing to stand should contact Electoral Reform Services, PASA advised.
