Friends Life has announced the full launch of its complete auto-enrolment solution. The solution includes a purpose-built online hub assessing employers’ payroll and HR data against the regulations, plus a suite of communications assisting the employer in fulfilling their duty to provide enrolment information to employees and a range of default investment solutions.

The Pension Quality Mark (PQM) has launched a new guide to help companies communicate more effectively with their staff about pensions. The guide is available free of charge.

Punter Southall has been appointed to provide actuarial and administrative services to the Reading Transport Staff Retirement Scheme.

FTSE Group has announced the launch of the FTSE implied volatility Index Series (IVI) an end-of-day index series that measures the implied volatility of the FTSE 100 and FTSE MIB indices. The new indices provide an estimate of the market’s volatility expectations on the underlying index between now and the index option expiration, enabling investors to make better informed risk management and trading decisions.

RPMI has launched a new auto-enrolment communications solution to help employees through auto-enrolment. Auto-enrolment includes tools on web content, printed booklets and letters and DVDs to engage and educate scheme members.
