The National Association of Pension Funds (NAPF) has launched an online guide to help employers and HR professionals understand how to auto-enrol staff into a workplace pension. The guide breaks the issue of auto-enrolment down into smaller sections and offers employers guidance on the whole process including: assessing eligibility, picking a pension scheme, administration and communication.

Hearthstone Investments has acquired residential property in a major regeneration development in Wembley for its TM Hearthstone UK Residential Property Fund from Quintain Estates and Development. The total value of the deal is £7.7m

James Hay Partnership has exceeded 6,500 properties under administration. This makes the business the largest SIPP, Wrap and SSAS holder of commercial properties in the UK.

Bond Teamspirit, a provider of modular, HR , Payroll and Time and Attendance software, has collaborated with Nest to provide an auto-enrolment system for employers. The Bond Teamspirit system will automatically assess employees against payroll records to ascertain whether they fulfil the criteria to be auto-enrolled.
