News in brief w/c 1 April

The University of Leicester pension scheme has appointed Aon Hewitt to provide actuarial advice and pensions administration. The scheme has around 2,200 members and assets of around £110 million.

The Staffordshire Pension Fund and the Royal Borough of Greenwich Pension Fund have joined the Local Authority Pension Fund Forum. The LAPFF’s members have combined assets of over £115m.

RSM Tenon has sold Tenon Pension Trustees to Dentons Pensions Management. The acquisition will see Dentons add around 650 SIPP plans to its existing book of SIPPs
