Upon joining this globally respected advisory firm and reporting to the National Administration Manager, you will manage a team of pensions administrators who administer a portfolio of both DB and DC occupational schemes. You will be responsible for ensuring the work that is produced is within the SLA's and in line with procedures. Other duties is to ensure you maintain strong relationships with existing clients and Trustees and attend and present at client meetings when required. Day to day duties will include solving and calculating more complex cases, performance management of the team to include reviews and appraisals. To be considered for this position you will have experience in all aspects of pensions administration as well as manging a team. Ideally you should already be APMI qualified or near completion of this qualification. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude and good organisational skills are essential for this role.
